We've spaced our programme over 6 months to give your new managers the opportunity to try new behaviours and build habits gradually, week by week – and month by month – fine tuning in the moment, as they practice and repeat behaviours.
One of the greatest assets of our approach is to combine peer learning with one-on-one coaching sessions. Each month, we focus on developing 1 essential management skill through a 90-minute group training workshop combined with a 30-minute 1:1 coaching session.
Throughout the programme and beyond, they also have access to our online platform which contains a library of resources to allow them to revisit key concepts, models, and tools from each workshop. This forms an all-in-one solution that achieves real behaviour change and greater self-confidence.
Each workshop is designed as a combination of self-reflection, group discussions, and practical exercises using their own scenarios. Your managers will take away tips, techniques and templates. At the end of each workshop, each manager will be asked to commit to a Personal Action Plan, up to 3 on-job actions that they review with us during their individual coaching sessions.
During our 30-minute sessions we review what each manager has tried, what worked best, what didn’t work so well, and how to progress moving forward.
